Yet, Rhonda ended up experiencing so many health benefits, in addition to better blood sugars and kidney function. And this all happened to her within 6 months of moving to plant-based eating! Alongside Rhonda dropping 4 pant sizes during this period of time, her family also had beneficial health changes, and their eating choices shifted positively too.
